A commercial tour group is classified as any group that is paying an external operator for a Bushfire camping/travel package.
All commercial tour groups must be pre-registered to operate in the campsite. No unregistered groups will be permitted to enter the campsite. Registration will involve filling in an application form and applications will be assessed. Not all applications will be successful as demand is high and space limited. Please note that any commercial tour group wishing to stay in the campsite must contact tours@allouafrica.com to apply for a group pass.
Commercial groups will need to pre-arrange a set up and arrival date and time with the AOA team. Vehicle access for groups will only be allowed from Monday at 10:00 until Wednesday at 16:00 before the festival to set up camp. No groups will be able to set up on Thursday morning or late in the evenings, for logistical reasons.
