iYa returns to the MTN Bushfire festival. The eSwatini-born singer-songwriter is bringing her signature blend of soulful storytelling and genre-fluid sound.
Since her debut Straight Up and her collaboration with Grammy-winning Manana on In My Feels, iYa has carved out a bold, expressive lane across the region and beyond.
This year, she’s joined by Itallo (trumpeter) and ZwiLe (saxophonist), adding rich layers of African jazz and live improvisation to her sound. A powerful fusion of voice, brass and emotion, this is iYa reimagined.
